By accessing or using PersonRemover at personremover.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

PersonRemover is an online tool that uses AI to help remove people from photos and reconstruct the background. Features, free quotas, and paid options may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practicable.

Accounts and Free Use

Some features may be available without an account, subject to daily or other limits. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@personremover.org.

Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store temporarily, and display results solely to operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and edit each photo, and that your use does not violate others’ privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights. Do not upload illegal content or images of people when you lack lawful permission to process them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, models, or other users’ data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Abuse free quotas, automate scraping at scale without permission, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what law allows.
• Use the service to create deceptive, harmful, or unlawful imagery.

Payment and Billing

Paid credits or plans are billed through third-party processors. Fees are generally charged in advance for the selected period or pack. Refunds are handled case by case unless a separate refund policy says otherwise. You are responsible for accurate billing information and applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

PersonRemover’s branding, software, UI, and original materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI edits may be imperfect. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time and close your account through available account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
